Rhinestone t-shirt care instructions: Machine wash cold inside out with like colors. Air dry when possible, tumble dry low heat when must. Do not iron decoration. Heat reactivates the glue and can cause them to detach.

To clean your bag use some type of laundry spot remover or some type of carpet cleaner. Spray on spot and scrub using a small scrub brush. Keep rhinestones away from iron or dryer. Heat reactivates the glue and will cause stones to detach from the bag. I do replace detached rhinestones free of charge for my customers only.

Rhinestones are applied using 300 degree heat and about 30 pounds of pressure. Heat activates the glue and once cooling begins so does the bonding process. Once the rhinestones bond to the material it usually stays on for the life of the product.

Reheating the stones by means of washing, drying, or ironing. Constant picking at stones or extreme usage where it's something is constantly bumping or scraping against the stones. I can replace detached rhinestones. I do this free of charge for my customers. If you've purchased them online you will need to ship back to me at your expense, (I will ship back out to you at my expense) if purchased in town you can just call or email for a good day or time for me to meet up with you.

Stones are applied using heat and pressure. Once stones are applied to item it usually stays on for the life of the item. I say usually because things happen. As much as I try to check every stone on every bag to ensure it has been securely attached, I may miss something. I am human and it can happen, very rarely, but it does. Products usually ship within 3-4 days of purchase, but during our peek season it could take up to 1 week to ship. (If orders are needed quicker feel free to email me to see if the order can be shipped sooner) Orders will be processed Monday- Friday. I use USPS as my method of shipping. I do offer next day and 2 day shipping via Fed Ex and UPS at an additional cost. Please email me before placing order for free shipping code if you're wanting me to charge it to your account.
